How To Claim?

1. To ensure the best service and vaccine availability, prior booking is required – no walk-ins accepted. Current rates are exclusively for reserved appointments. You may visit your selected branch one business day after your purchase date, upon receipt of your booking confirmation.
Note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day (e.g., For an order placed on Monday 5:00 PM, you may visit your selected clinic as early as Wednesday morning)

2. Upon arrival, you may be asked to fill out a form provided by the clinic or laboratory. Please bring at least one valid ID.

ADULT VACCINATION:

Hepatitis A & B Combined Vaccination

AGE:

16 years and older

DOSE AND INTERVAL:

1st dose: on the elected date

2nd dose: 1 month after the 1st dose.

3rd dose: 6 months after the 1st dose.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

1 mL Intramuscular only

* For insufficient time, the schedule of 3 doses given at 0,7,21 days. When this schedule is applied, 4th dose is recommended 12 months after the 1st dose.
