How To Claim?

1. To ensure the best service and vaccine availability, prior booking is required – no walk-ins accepted. Current rates are exclusively for reserved appointments. You may visit your selected branch one business day after your purchase date, upon receipt of your booking confirmation.
Note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day (e.g., For an order placed on Monday 5:00 PM, you may visit your selected clinic as early as Wednesday morning)

2. Upon arrival, you may be asked to fill out a form provided by the clinic or laboratory. Please bring at least one valid ID.

23 serotypes contained in the vaccine (1,2,3,4,5,6B,7F,8,9N, 9V,10A,11A,12F,14,15B,17F,18C, 19F,19A,20,22F,23F, and 33F)

AGE:

2 years old and above

DOSE AND INTERVAL:

1 dose for a healthy person

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

0.5 mL Intramuscularly (IM) or Subcutaneously (SC)

* All adults 65 years or older

* People 2 through 64 years old with certain medical conditions
